THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CMA No.501 of 2004 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against orders in W.C.No.8/2003, dated 14-08-2003 of Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Circle-I, Visakhapatnam. Appeal against R1 was already dismissed for default on 1609-2011.

2. When this matter has come up for hearing on 11-022015, Advocate for appellant sought for time and on his request, it is posted to this day with a specific direction that

no further adjournment will be granted. Though the matter is posted under the caption of final hearing and on his request, to this day stating that no further adjournment will be granted, no interest is evidenced in prosecuting the case, therefore, I am of the view that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case and as such, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand dismissed.
