THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2204 of 2015 ORDER:

At long last, the Finance Officer, Kakatiya University has settled and paid a sum of Rs.17,50,930/- through a crossed account payee cheque drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad account No.52026910378 of the University on 03.03.2016. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this contempt case.
