THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27707 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also Smt.P.Laxmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 09.06.2016, in W.P.No.18046 of 2016 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers. Paragraph No.6 of the said Order reads as under:

"Within four (04) weeks from the date on which the petitioner re-submits his application for building permission, the respondents No.2 and 3 shall consider the same in accordance with law, the existing master plan and the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the Rules and Bye-laws made therein, take a decision thereupon and communicate it to the petitioner."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 09.06.2016, in W.P.No.18046 of 2016 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
