Having heard learned counsel for petitioners/ accused Nos.3 to 6 and having perused the record, paragraph No.1 of the order dated 21.11.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.13065 of 2024, shall be replaced with the following:

"This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners who arrayed as accused Nos.3 to 6 in Crime No.262 of 2024 of Nalgonda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District."

The order dated 21.11.2024 in Crl.P.No.13065 of 2024 stands modified accordingly.

Office to forthwith issue the amended copy of the order.
