THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. TUKARAMJI CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 9260 OF 2022 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section. 482 code of the code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the 5th accused seeking quashment the proceedings in F.I.R. No. 639 of 2019 on the P.S. Banjarahills, Hyderabad City registered for the offence under Section 3(1)(s), 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocity) Act, 1989.

Pending the petition, are interlocutory application vide IA 2 of 2022 has been filed with a prayer to record the compromise between the parties and to quash the proceedings against the petitioner. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions would submit that the Additional Commissioner of Police, Crime and SIP, Hyderabad City permitted to refer the impugned crime as action dropped. Further, a photo copy of memorandum issued by the Additional Commissioner of Police is placed on record.

Having regard to this position as the cause does not survive for adjudication, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
