ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in regularizing and approving the petitioner's construction over plot No.7 admeasuring 500 sq.yds./418 sq.mtrs. in survey Nos.716/B to 722/B situated at Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District, though he has complied with all the formalities, as illegal and arbitrary.
A perusal of the record shows that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is not impleaded. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition by impleading GHMC.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.54313 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
