This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the DefactoComplainant aggrieved by the judgment, dated 01.02.2016, passed in Crl.A.No.293 of 2014 on the file of Hon'ble III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad, confirming the judgment, dated 10.10.2013, passed in C.C.No.840 of 2010 on the file of Hon'ble XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Sravan Kumar, representing Mr.K.Venu Madhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that both the husband and wife are living together and requested this Court to close the present case.

Taking on record, the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
