O R D E R

Alleging that respondents 2 and 3 herein are not registering the crime based on the complaints of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015, 11.11.2017, 26.01.2018, 11.05.2018 and 23.05.2018, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Wardhannapet Police Station, Warangal District, stating that the allegations of the petitioner in the above said complaints were enquired into and they are found to be of civil in nature, for which, petitioner has already filed a civil suit in O.S.No.1216 of 2015 against his brother and the same is pending adjudication. To this effect, petitioner was issued with notice dated 09.08.2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that petitioner has refused to receive the said notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner disputed that petitioner was served with notice dated 09.08.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, served a copy of notice dated 09.08.2018 on the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of arguments.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
