HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.920 OF 2015 O R D E R :

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have supplied the essential commodities to the petitioner as per the order dated 24.07.2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.20815 of 2014.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court. As such, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to initiate Contempt Case if respondents stop supplies to the petitioner though his authorisation is valid and subsisting. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed.
