HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.37421 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner claims to have purchased Ac.0.13 guntas of land in Survey No.184/A of Indresham Village, Patancheruvu Mandal, Medak District, under a registered sale deed bearing Document No.16635 of 2014, dated 18.12.2014. He made an application, dated 05.03.2015, for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds under Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short, 'the Act') and paid the requisite fee in A.P. Online and receipt thereof is produced as Ex.P1. Alleging that no action is taken by the Tahsildar, Patancheruvu Mandal, Medak District, the 3rd respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the fact that the proceedings under Form VI-A of the Act are required to be considered in a time span of 45 days, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
