Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the first respondent and Sri S.D.Goud, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the second respondent.
The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, without following due process of law, the second respondent is threatening to dispossess the petitioner by proposing to demolish the subject tin shed. When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that, if any action is warranted, the second respondent authorities will follow due process of law. The said statement is placed on record. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
