NO: 1OF 2024 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to Stay of all further proceedings including arrest of the Petitioner/Accused Nos. 1 and2 in Crime No. 138 OF 2024 of Kalvasrirampur P.S. Karimnagar District pending disposal of the main Criminal Petition. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sajad Pasha, learned counsel for the Petitioner and of Sri M. Vivekanada Reddy, learned Asst. Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and None appears learned counsel for respondent No.2.

This Criminal petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash Crime.No.138 of 2024, pending on the file of Kalvasrirampuram police Station, Karimnagar.

2. As seen from the proceeding sheet, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 06. ll.2O24 and 12.11.2024. Today, also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The stage of investigation is also not known. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
