THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4282 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.208 of 2012 of Chilakaluripet Urban Police Station, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the Police filed charge sheet, the same was registered as C.C.No.351 of 2013 and the said case was ended in conviction on 12-01-2016 and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
