This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondent-police on the complaint dated 28-06-2018 lodged by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.574 of 2018 was registered on 03-08-2018 on the basis of complaint lodged by the petitioner.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
