HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 772 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order, dated 11.11.2013 in W.P.No.9971 of 2010. By this order, learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition based on the judgment of this Court in LAO-cumRevenue Divisional Officer Vs. Mekala Pandu and others[1]. We are informed by all the counsel appearing for parties that this judgment was carried to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal filed by the State in A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited Vs. Ramesh Singh and others[2].

In view thereof, the writ appeal is disposed of as covered by the judgment of the Supreme Court in A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (two supra).

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
