Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner. It is submitted that eviction was ordered against JDR.No.1 and his legal representatives were also brought on record. However, it is submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

2. While recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.

4. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
