HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27626 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents in harassing the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that husband of the 1st petitioner and father of the 2nd petitioner by name M.Anand Kumar himself surrendered in Cr.Nos.396 and 405 of 2017. It is stated that no crimes are registered against the petitioners.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners except in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
