The grievance of the petitioners is that without following due process of law and without paying any compensation, the Respondents are proceeding with the process of acquiring the properties of the petitioners herein.

Today, when the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that if the lands of the petitioners as stated above are required, due procedure in accordance with law will be followed for acquisition of the property. 3.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents herein to follow due process of law while dealing with the property of the petitioners, if they are advised to do so. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
