THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4098 of 2007 AND CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5532 of 2007 COMMON ORDER:

CRP No.4098 of 2007 is filed challenging the order dated 22.8.2007 passed in I.A. No.616 of 2007 in O.S. No.31 of 2001 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Parchur, Prakasam District.

2. CRP No.5532 of 2007 is filed challenging the order dated 22.8.2007 passed in I.A. No.615 of 2007 in O.S. No.31 of 2001 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Parchur, Prakasam District.

3. When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the revision petitions may be disposed of with a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months.

4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, I am of the considered view that it is a fit case to accept the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties.

5. Accordingly, the civil revision petitions are disposed of, with a direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Parchur, to dispose of O.S. No.31 of 2001 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these matters, shall stand closed.
