THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10347 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.345 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law, including filing of petition for discharge before the trial Court. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law, including filing of petition for discharge. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
