THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12248 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.1773 of 2010 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition to recall the NBWs issued against him. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition to recall the NBWs issued against the petitioner. If the petitioner files the petition to recall the NBWs issued against him, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law on the same day. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
