On 30.10.2018, a representation was made on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has already been settled out of Court, however, since the Company Petition was Admitted, the matter was adjourned to today to be listed under the Caption 'for dismissal' with liberty to the petitioner to file an affidavit seeking permission to withdraw the Company Petition as required under Rule 100 of the of the Company (Courts) Rules. Even though the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', no such affidavit is filed.

In those circumstances, the Company Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
