Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant as well as the respondent have resolved their disputes and they are living together and therefore, he intends to not press the appeal.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Both parties are also present in person and have also reported that they are living together. 5.

In the light of the amicable settlement between the parties, appeal is dismissed, as not pressed. No order as to costs.
