When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that as against the Orders impugned in the present Writ Petition, appeal lies to the State Government under Rule 10 of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, Disposal of Stay Bits and Lands of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Rules, 2017 and the petitioner may be permitted to avail the said remedy. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to avail the said remedy. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
