This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused Nos.1 and 3, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in COR No.150 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Nirmal registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 22 of NDPS Act, 1985, 34 (a) r/w 34 (1)of A.P. Excise Act, 1968 r/w 4 (a), 5 (a) of A.P Excise Rules 1973.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
