THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.10282 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the first respondent in publishing the results by selecting the less meritorious candidates than the petitioner in ST category from Ranga Reddy District to the post of Police Constable (AR) and in not considering the discrepancies challenged by the petitioner and also sending the candidates for Medical Tests for sending them for training, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is found to be within the merit list for the post of Armed Reserve Police Constable in Ranga Reddy District and he would suitably informed about his selection in due course. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
