This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the representation dated 23-07-2018 filed by the petitionerassociation for grant of permission to conduct rely hunger strike infront of the office of the 5th respondent on 15-08-2018. Since the date i.e. 15-08-2018 on which the petitionerassociation sought permission is already over, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
