O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Challenge in this writ petition is to the e-auction sale notice dated 02.07.2018 issued by Canara Bank proposing to hold the auction sale of the secured assets belonging to the petitioners on 10.08.2018. While so, Sri T.Nagender, learned counsel for the respondent-Canara Bank, would inform this Court that the impugned e-auction sale notice has been withdrawn by the bank.

In that view of the matter, challenge in this writ petition is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
