THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.30334 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner entered into an agreement of sale to purchase the land to an extent of Acs.7.82 cents in Survey No.10 of Velamakur Village, Tadipatri Mandal, Anandapur District, for a valid sale consideration. The petitioner approached the Sub-Registrar, Tadipatri, Anantapur District, the 2nd respondent, to furnish the details of the market value as well as the registration charges for the subject land. But, the 2nd respondent refused to furnish the said information to the petitioner on the ground that he received the impugned letter, dated 04.04.2015, from the Tahsildar, Tadipatri Mandal, Anantapur District, the 3rd respondent, stating that the subject land is a Government land. The issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.23870 of 2015, dated 14.08.
2015, wherein the petitioner has not presented the document in question for registration. In the present case also the petitioner has not yet presented the document in question for registration. In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this Writ Petition is also disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to present the document in question before the 2nd respondent.

However, if the document presented by the petitioner warrants denial and cannot be admitted to registration, the reasons for such refusal shall be communicated to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Sub-Registrar, Tadipatri, Anantapur District, the 2nd respondent, issued the impugned letter, dated 04.04.2015, stating that the The petitioner is aggrieved by the letter, dated 04.04.2015, of the Sub-Registrar, Tadipatri, Ananapuram District, the 2nd respondent.
An identical issue has come up for consideration in W.P.No.23870 of 2015, wherein the petitioner has not presented the document for registration. The said Writ Petition was disposed of on 14.08.2015. In the present case also, the petitioner has not yet presented the document in question for registration. Hence, this Writ
Petition is also disposed of in terms of W.P.No.23870 of 2015. The Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to present the document before the 2nd respondent. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent shall examine the document so presented by the petitioner and if it is found to be in conformity with the requirements of the Indian Stamp Act and the Registration Act and the Rules made thereunder, register the same or otherwise pass appropriate order on the touchstone of law governing the field. However, if the document presented by the petitioner warrants denial and cannot be admitted to registration, the reasons for such refusal shall be communicated to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.

It is not in controversy that an identical issue relating to Survey No.5 of Tadiparti Village and Mandal, Anantapur District, came up for consideration in W.P.No.23870 of 2015, wherein this Court by order, dated 14.08.2015, has already considered the issue with reference to earlier orders. While the petitioner in W.P.No.23870 of 2015 claimed the relief relating to Survey No.5, the petitioner herein is claiming the relief with regard to Survey No.10.
