Mr.Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, after arguing the writ petition for some time and taking note of serious objection raised by Mr.Delhi Babu on the classification and enjoyment of the subjec t property, seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and work out remedies before the Mandal Revenue Officer/ Revenue Divisional Officer as the case may be.
