O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the judgment dated 14.11.2014 passed by this Court in W.A.No. 1461 of 2014 whereby the order dated 20.01.2014 passed by a learned Single Judge in W.P.No. 25318 of 2007 was modified to the effect that the monetary benefit to the petitioner herein shall be restricted to the period of three years immediately preceding the date of retirement.

Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C. appearing on behalf of the respondent, have submitted that the judgment passed by this Court in W.A.No. 1461 of 2014 has been complied with, as such, no further orders need be passed in this Contempt Case.

In view of the above submission, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the closure of the Contempt Case, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand

disposed of as infructuous.
