Mohammed Ismail, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that as the auction scheduled to be held on 25.05.2016 did not materialise for want of bidders, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving all issues open.

Interim order 29.04.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
