THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.8641 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"... to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not paying the amount due to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to release the amounts to the petitioner.."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation on 23-01-2017 to the 2nd respondent, but no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent on the said representation. 4.

It is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 23-01-2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
