This Appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, challenging the award, dated 06.12.2012 in M.V.O.P.No.139 of 2010 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 11.02.2017. Hence, the MACMA is disposed of in terms of the Award of Lok Adalat, dated 11.02.2017.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
