HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27927 OF 2017 O R D E R :

It is the case of the petitioner that he was promoted as Professor (Radiotherapy) and posted at Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal. Thereafter, petitioner made representation dated 27.10.2016 to the 1st respondent, through Directorate of Medical Education-2nd respondent, requesting to post him in the clear existing vacancy available at MNJ Institute of Oncology, Hyderabad. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent has addressed a letter dated 10.04.2017 to the 1st respondent recommending the case of the petitioner that there is a clear existing vacancy at OMC/MNJIO & RCC, Hyderabad due to retirement of Dr.M.Vijay Kumar, Professor of Radiotherapy. But, the 1st respondent has not passed any orders on the representation of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is for the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. As such, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by taking into account the letter dated 10.04.2017 addressed by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 30.08.2017 t k
