Both the petitioner and respondent, through their counsel, have filed Memorandum of Understanding dt.11.09.2017 mentioning the terms of settlement between them and the same is placed on record.

In view of the said settlement, the Company Petition is closed. However, if the terms of the settlement are not adhered to by the respondent, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this Company Petition.
