HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39179 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the proceedings in C.C.No.326 of 2015 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The petitioners are arrayed as accused in the above C.C. for the offence under Sections 420, 406, and 386 r/w 34 IPC. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file discharge application before the Court concerned raising all the grounds urged in this writ petition. On such application being filed, the Court concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law. Till then, the presence of the petitioner before the Court concerned is dispensed with.
