Petitioner is working as conductor. His grievance is that he is not granted 12 years annual increment, 20 years stagnation increment and Grade-I increment, inspite of repeated representations.

On behalf of the petitioner, legal notice was issued on 17.03.2017 in continuation to earlier representation. 4.

Since petitioner has submitted representation and the same is pending consideration, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Depot Manager Suryapet (2nd respondent) to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in his representation dated 09.01.2017 and legal notice issued on 17.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
