Aggrieved by the action of the police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the writ petition, 5th respondent registered the case in Cr.No.127 of 2018 on 06.08.2018 and taken up the investigation.

Recording the above statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
