THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.SREE SUDHA APPEAL SUIT No.443 of2O1O JUDGMENT:

This appeal suit is filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 31.12.2O08 in O.S.No.629 of 2OO6, passed by the learned VIII - Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rangareddy District at L. B. Nagar.

The appellant herein filed a suit uide O.S.No.629 of 20O6 against the respondent for compensation of Rs. 10,00,O00/- and the same was dismissed by the trial Court. Aggrieved by the said Judgment, preferred the second appeal.

On 23.09.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the learned Counsel for the appellant, as such the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 04.to.2023.

Even today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant. Hence, no purpose would be served in continuing the present appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending i[ any, shall stand closed.
