THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15632 of 2016 ORDER:- This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not taking any action against respondent No.4 in spite of written complaint dated 18.04.2016 of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct respondent No.3 to act upon the said complaint in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that in pursuance of the complaint dated 18.04.2016 given by the petitioner, Crime No.62 of 2016 was registered under Sections 447 & 341 IPC on the file of the G.Konduru Police Station and in view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
