The petitioner's application filed on 23-07-2016 in Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of land to an extent of Ac.3-82 cents in Sy.No.225 of Mungalapadu Village, Kurnool Mandal and District is pending and as no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application, dated 23-07-2016, filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
