THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2655 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station was not taking action upon his referred complaint.

Written instructions dated 04.02.2016 were furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon the complaint made by the petitioner under Section 200 Cr.P.C., the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Miyapur, forwarded the same to Madhapur Police Station and Crime No.50 of 2016 was registered thereupon under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471 and 506 I.P.C. Investigation was stated to be at the preliminary stage.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
