HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27685 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3.04 cents in Survey No.70-3 of Kadiri Revenue Village, Kadiri Mandal, Anantapuram District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of 9th respondent dated 26.07.2018 against the petitioners, the respondent police have enquired into the same and found the same to be purely civil in nature and also found that OS.No.341/2018 filed by the petitioners herein is pending before the competent Civil Court; and accordingly, informed the same to the 9th respondent vide Memo dated 26.07.2018 which was also acknowledged by the 9th respondent. The allegation that the respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents was also denied.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
