The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 and 3 are not registering FIR against the 4th respondent and not causing his arrest inspite of lodging written complaint, dated 03-07-2018, by him.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing written instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.255 of 2018, dated 03-07-2018 is registered against the 4th respondent. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner says no further orders are required in this writ petition. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
