HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22369 of 2015 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the actions of the respondents as illegal, void, arbitrary and in violation of articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and direct the respondents No.2 and 3 and 7 to grant police protection to the petitioner as there is a life threat to petitioner and direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.150/2015 dated 20.06.2015 of P.S. Husnabad to the respondent No.4 or any other officer competent to investigate the case other than 5th respondent in the interest of justice."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.150 of 2015, investigation was completed and a final report was filed on 05.09.2015 referring the case as "civil in nature". Therefore, if the petitioner is having any objections for the said final report, the remedy available to him is to file a protest application as per law before the same Court. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 02.01.2020.
