HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27701 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in conducting and completing investigation in Cr.No.184 of 2018, dated 06-07-2018 of Tada Police Station, Tada, S.P.S.R.Nellore District registered against respondents 5 to 10, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that statement of the petitioner was recorded. Learned Assistant Government Pleader also says that investigation will be completed as expeditiously as possible.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to conduct investigation as expeditiously as possible keeping in view of spirit under Section 173(1) Cr.P.C. and take action accordingly. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
