THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4491 of 2011 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners had filed a letter before the Registry stating that the main suit itself is settled before the Lok Adalat, Gajuwaka and an award dated 16.03.2016 is already passed and that therefore the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the C.R.P. and that they are interested in withdrawing the same.

Having regard to the submissions made in the letter and the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this CRP also shall stand dismissed.
