This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ defendants under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 27-08-2012 passed in I.A.No.1171 of 2012 in O.S.No.308 of 2011 by the Prl. Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada declining to order that the suit document is inadmissible in evidence as it require stamp duty and registration.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.308 of 2011 was disposed of by the Prl. Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada on 19-01-2013. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
