This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the order dated 27-09-2010 passed in M.C.No. 40 of 2009 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of JHBBCcum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

Ms. M.Indraja, representing Sri.Ravulapati Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.S.Ganesh learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State/respondent No.2 are present. There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.1. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous. The same is recorded. The present revision case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
